Decanted 2.5 h. Kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit, stone, water on asphalt, and a hint of cayenne pepper. All these tropical fruit notes together with some serious minerality make for a killer composition. Intense, bordering on not having enough acidity – could perhaps use a little more – and a long finish. It opened up further during the evening, suggesting it may need another couple of years to fully unfold. Absolutely gorgeous nonetheless!
